Option 1:	EHR facilities provide H.I.P. coders direct access to their on-line clinical data system. As an authorized remote user, we will access records, code and enter data directly into your information system.
Option 2:	Non-EHR facilities will have H.I.P staff members scan, encrypt and transfer charts to H.I.P’s high security HIPAA compliant server. H.I.P remote coders access your charts and enter data directly into your clinical data system.
Option 3:	Copy and over-night your records to H.I.P.
Option 4:	Fax your charts to H.I.P. utilizing high speed direct dial technology.

	“How much does this cost?”
